DELIVERY
Within Estonia
Domestic orders are shipped via Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel
service, Omniva courier or can be shipped via Estonian Post.
Average shipping time for all orders within Estonia is up to 3 working days.
During holidays the shipping times may vary (please contact us if you have time
sensitive requests).
All Estonian orders - €3.20 - Itella Smartpost,
Omniva parcel terminal, €6.50 - Omniva courier and a €5.80 Estonian post shipping fee.
Within Europe
European orders are shipped in via Omniva mail service with tracking and
delivery confirmation. Delivery time is up to 2 weeks, but may vary depending
on the country.
All EU orders will be charged a standard €9.95 shipping fee.
Non-European orders
Non-EU orders are shipped via Omniva mail service with tracking and
delivery confirmation.
Please note that for shipments outside the European Union local customs and
import taxes may apply. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties
and sums. The amount of the fee is country-specific, please contact the customs
office in the country of destination for more information on applicable duties
or taxes.

RETURNS
You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it.
To return your product, you should send your product to: Itella Smartpost

at store@anolidesign.com beforehand.
We do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is
a result of quality issue or delivery error on our side. Please keep all our
items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Although we make every
effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours,
there may be slight variations due to the colour settings of your screen.
Any item(s) returned to us must be unused and in their original packaging.
In order to ensure you may return the item(s), please open the packing
carefully so as not to damage the contents. Do not remove any tags or labels and
keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item(s).
NB! No returns will be accepted on custom-made products.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product we will make a
refund as soon as possible or within 30 days of your revocation. However, the
refund will not be paid before we have received the item(s) back in our
warehouse or we have received documentation proving the item(s) have been
shipped. The returned good(s) are your responsibility until they reach our
warehouse, so please keep all relevant documentation.
