We hold the rights of any contents (including but not limited to website name and domain, logos and trademarks, photos) in this website.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, delivery address, postal code) and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen.
This can be paid via:
- Estonian bank transfer: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
- Visa/Mastercard payments
NB! When paying with a bank transfer, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
4. VALIDITY OF CONTRACT OF SALE, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
All prices in www.anolidesign.com are in euros.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the used prices at any time. If a user has placed an order in the e-store and paid for it, then the Service Provider is obligated to deliver the products to the Service User with the prices valid at the moment the order was placed.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
The Purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic orders are shipped via Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel service, Omniva courier or can be shipped via Estonian post. Average shipping time for all orders within Estonia is up to 3 working days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. During holidays the shipping times may vary (please contact us if you have time sensitive requests – email@example.com).
All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 14-21 calendar days. International orders are shipped in via Omniva mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it.

We do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is a result of quality issue or delivery error on our side. Please keep all our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Although we make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours, there may be slight variations due to the colour settings of your screen.
Any item(s) returned to us must be unused and in their original packaging. In order to ensure you may return the item(s), please open the packing carefully so as not to damage the contents. Do not remove any tags or labels and keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item(s).
No returns will be accepted on custom-made products.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product we will make a refund as soon as possible or within 30 days of your revocation. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the item(s) have been shipped. The returned good(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please keep all relevant documentation.
